OUR STORY
Phronesis Global Leadership Group was founded in 2016 at the University of Ibadan by young undergraduates and professionals with a shared passion for leadership. Our name comes from the Greek word for practical wisdom and sound judgment.
Our work connects leadership training, mentorship and community service. From Nigeria to training in Liberia, our network has grown to include leaders in Sierra Leone, Ghana, Cameroon, Togo and The Gambia.
