OUR CONVICTION

Leadership is a responsibility.
And everyone deserves the opportunity to grow into it.

Founded at the University of Ibadan in 2016, Phronesis brings young people and professionals together around a shared purpose: to lead with integrity and create meaningful change.

Our name means practical wisdom. It shapes how we learn, how we serve and how we turn ideas into action.
